Royal Shifting provides home shifting, office shifting, single item move, and pest control & fumigation services across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, such as home size, distance, and items to be moved. The final price is confirmed after review and is not guaranteed until confirmed with you.

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or call. Timing may vary depending on workload, so we recommend confirming your details with us in advance of your move.

Customers are asked to accurately describe items and property size, disclose any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items in advance, and arrange access such as parking or building permissions ahead of the move.

Our team handles every item with care. Customers are encouraged to disclose high-value or fragile items in advance so we can take extra precautions. Any concerns about damage should be raised immediately with our team so we can address them directly.

If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust your booking. Reach out on WhatsApp or by phone and we’ll work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

Pest control results can vary depending on the conditions of the space and the extent of the issue. We do not guarantee complete elimination, and we recommend following any instructions given by our team after treatment for the best results.

These terms may be updated from time to time as our services change. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the version published here is always the most current.

Some bookings require a booking deposit to confirm your date with our team. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. We recommend confirming your move date before making the deposit.
